It’s been awhile since I made my last post and since I have really done any kind of work here. I’ve been busy as a beaver with my copy editing job, leaving me with little time to concentrate on my affiliate marketing efforts. I almost feel like I have to start all over again, but I do not feel that is necessary since all my foundations are in place, I just need to build upon them.
It’s now the middle of May and I have just started my garden, it should have been started a month ago, but due to constant rain, it has been impossible. So, this week I will be focusing on getting all my seeds in the ground and then near the end of the month, all my plants. I have a fairly big garden, actually wish it was bigger so I could plant more veggies. I like to freeze and can in the late summer so we can try to stock up as much as possible for the winter, saving us a lot of money!!
I often think to myself – Where does the time go? And I have yet to find an answer. They say as you get older the time just flies by and only goes faster as you get older. Now, I am in my early 40′s and cannot imagine time going any faster!! I always think if I had more time in a day I would get more done, but that might not really be the case. I try to get up earlier and it seems I do not get more accomplished that way, so I am not sure if adding more hours to a day really helps 
Since my last accomplishment post back in March, I really haven’t gotten anything done. I started blog hopping last week and then I got another freelance job. I rarely go do any social networking anymore and need to get on it!! I know I need fresh content everywhere so will try to get some done this week, after my gardening chores.
I have another idea for an eBook – I think it is something most people do not know about and can help you with marketing, but have yet to start it. It’s all in my head, where I keep most everything. I know I am supposed to write things down, but sometimes I do not remember to go back to my notes, so as long as my brain keeps functioning I think I will be ok
Anyway, this is just kind of a rambling post and like I said before, hope I can get back into this business real soon. I do see some more training on FTM that interests me and am looking forward to get that going as well.

I know the feeling Linda, where has time gone. I can’t believe we are already into May now. Seems like just yesterday 2011 had just arrived. But good things are happening this year, at least for me. I know you seem overwhelmed at times with work being thrown at you in spurts from different places. Never a dull moment at least.
Look forward to seeing you more often here and what you have to share with us. I know that’s a lot and hope to see another eBook soon.

I am glad that other people feel this way also. It just seems that life flies by and leaves us in the dust sometimes.
I feel like I spend so much time doing things for my family and working that I just don’t get the time I need to do my online marketing and this is really where I want to put my energies right now.
I have written myself a list of things I need to get done each day and try to complete the list everyday. It helps because when I get called away I can just come back to where I was on the list and continue.

Yeah, it’s hard when you have a family to concentrate on and all the daily chores and sometimes you just feel like you are never going to be able to get anything done online like you want.

That’s one of the greatest question of all time you raised.
Here is what I think: We as human beings are limited you feel that way because you want to do everything yourself. I’ve come to recognition that you can’t be successful that way.Instead learn how to use the power of leverage.You’ll then notice that you have more time and more success.

I have always done everything myself being a single mom with no support, so to me, it is the only way to get things done. With no money, it is the only way to go. Kinda rots and makes everything so much harder. Maybe one day things will turn around in the right direction.

Yeah, time just gets the best of you sometimes. Today our electric was out for 5 hours – not really sure why and it was on for 3 hours when it went off again for 2 1/2 hours – just a crazy and HOT day and night – I was pretty bored, but actually got some much needed cleaning done during the daylight hours, which if the power hadn’t gone out, not sure when I would have gotten around to it. So, I will be back, just have a lot of catching up to do.
